Bookings can be made by writing, by phone or in person and are binding in any case!
If a booking has been made, the date for the desired capacity will be kept by us and no further bookings can be accepted.
For this reason, we are forced to claim cancellation fees in case of cancellation!
- Cancellation within 1 week from 00:00 h of the day of arrival 20% of the total
- Cancellation within 24 h from 00:00 h of the day of arrival 100% of the total
- For no shows at the agreed date 100% of the total
